About Me
- Bettijane Flanagan
- I was born and raised in Thunder Bay, and have been involved with dogs since childhood where my sister raised Collies under the Dalgarnoch name. In 1972, I revised the kennel again with Collies till 1978 when I acquired my first Sheltie. After taking a hiatus to raise horses, I again came full circle back to my beloved Shelties in 1998. And so the story continues.
