Argus Shows 2009

Strykr - Dalgarnoch Strykr of Wildpine

Best of Breed
Argus - June 2009
Judge: Larry Kereluke
Exclusive Handler - Lori Stecky
This win put him at the dreaded 9 points
Larry complimented Strykr nicely saying he was his kind of Sheltie

Stryker - " New" Champion Dalgarnoch Strykr of Wildpine

Best of Winners, and A New Champion
Exclusive Handler - Lori Stecky
Judge: Thora Brown
Strykr hit his prime at the May shows, and it was smooth sailing in June to finish.
We are going to let him mature some, before putting him out as a Special

Tuxedo - Dalgarnoch Gala Event

Best of Winners - 3 points - Sandy Alexander
Winners Male - 2 points - Alan Brown
Melanie is Tux's exclusive trainer and handler, and has done a superb job.

Lucy - BPIS MBPIG Ch. Fairfax Lucinda

Best of Breed - Sandy Alexander
Best Of Breed - Elaine Whitney
She also won 3 BPIB.
Exclusive handler in TB - Trish McGonigal
Unfortunately Lucy never competed for BPIG as there was a dynamite GSD puppy that place in the Group every day. I can't thank Debbie Vandyk enough for letting this lovely girl come to live with us. She is such a joy.

Diamond, Dalgarnaoch Diamond Jubilee

Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex
Judge - Alan Brown
Handler - Anna Soviero
Alan liked Diamond's sweet little face,
and said that he can look beyond her lack of the latest fashion style.
Anna has worked very hard to bring Diamond out of her shell,
and they surely deserved this wonderful win.

Taylor Marttunen with Pirate - Dalgaroch Long John Silver

Winning her division at the Jr. Handling Zone 4B Finals.
Taylor is the grand daughter of Maurren Marttunen,
a long timeSpringer Spaniel Breeder and good friend.

Melanie Parker with Cassidy, MBPIG Ch. Dalgarnoch Sundance Kid

Best Overall Junior Championship of the Zone 4B Jr Handling Finals, held at the Argus Shows. Melanie is an excellent competitor and is the daughter of Margie and Mel Parker, two very close friends and avid Sheltie lovers. She will be heading off to Brantford for the Nationals in December... good luck Mel.

All our Juniors competing in the Zone 4 Jr Handling Finals.

Ironically, Tara, BPIG Ch. Dalgarnoch Tarara of Amberly JHD TT, pictured at the far left, is grandmother to three the Shelties competing here.
We are very proud of our Juniors, and their dogs.
